From bánh xèo to bánh mi, Vietnam is famously home to some of the world’s most delicious street food. In this class, students will learn to balance sweet, salt, bitter and spice through traditional Vietnamese techniques and using fresh, seasonal herbs and ingredients. You’ll create dishes from five different regions and depart fully equipped to recreate the nuanced flavors of the South East at home. Taught by Nini Nguyen, the founding Culinary Director of Cook Space and most recently a Bravo Top Chef alum.
