Join us on July 29th for a Zero Waste Culinary Experience. Guests will enjoy a 5-course tasting menu designed by AgTech X Chef-in-Residence Denzell Washington and Chef Anna Fitting of A La Minuit utilizing delicious items upcycled from local farms and restaurants. Three culinary demonstrations will also be given, exploring various techniques to facilitate waste reduction in everyday food preparation.
The dinner will take place at the AgTech X Co-Lab – New York’s only co-working space & living laboratory dedicated to sustainable food and agriculture. You’ll get to explore the space and ask questions of the founder. As the meal begins, diners will be seated at the same table and encouraged to share stories, questions, opinions through prompts from the hosts. Finally, guests will depart with a series of recipes and helpful tips for maintaining a sustainable home kitchen. Prepare for an engaging, intimate, and educational evening.
