Back by popular demand, we’ve added another date for our Cajun Cuisine for Mardi Gras Class!

As famous for its food as for its fabulous parties, New Orleans is the number one destination on our travel bucket list this year. Join us for a Mardi Gras celebration where you’ll learn to make cajun classics such as her famous spoonbread, shrimp etouffee, and Cafe Du Monde style beignets. Bring your beads and your appetite!

Taught by Nini Nguyen, the founding Culinary Director of Cook Space and most recently a Bravo Top Chef alum.
