Vegetarians and vegans beware, we’re gearing up for a meat-tacular evening this Wednesday! Carnivores, aspiring butchers and meat molders, plan on joining us at the Brooklyn Brewery on February 22nd from 8 pm to 10 pm as we learn all there is to know about slicing, curing and tying meats.

Another Sneak Peek at Our Good Spirits Party Lineup

There’s something about Tuesday that’s maybe a bit blah. It’s not quite Monday, but it’s definitely not Friday. Good Spirits is our seasonal cocktail pairing party and all bias aside, this year’s line-up of participants is top-notch. It’s all going down downstairs at 82 Mercer in SoHo on February 28th. From 6 to 9 pm, you’ll be privy to incredible food and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and all it takes to partake is a $45 ticket, which can be bought here. Get Ready for Good Spirits on February 28: Our Cocktail Party Pairings Revealed

Did you buy your ticket to Edible’s Good Spirits event yet? No?!? Act fast before it’s last call on your entry to over 50 vendors and samples from some of the area’s best restaurants and distillers. Tickets are only $45 and include dishes and cocktails from folks like Velseka Bowery, who will be serving Pierogies filled with Vermont Cheddar Cheese, Maple Glazed Bacon and Potato and pairing it with “The Golden Klenovka,” a cocktail made with Vermont Gold Vodka, maple syrup, organic black tea and a splash of club soda.
