Tuesday: Learn how to make the perfect bowl of matcha from Tea Dealers’ owner, Stefen Ramirez.

Wednesday: ALT Feast will take over The Four Horsemen for a dinner by three incredible chefs and real-life friends. Expect a Parisian-style bistro menu.

Thursday: Brooklyn Brainery is hosting a class on how the Ancient Romans ate. “In this lecture-based class, we’ll go over the ins and outs of Ancient Roman cuisine–principal ingredients and dishes, methods of preparation and serving, and how the food adapted and evolved over time,” and there will be samples.

Friday: Gowanus is hosting Before the Wall: A Benefit to Support Immigrant Communities. One of the organizations benefitting is Sapna NYC, which provides education and economic opportunity to South Asian women, including job training in commercial kitchens.

Saturday: Williamsburg’s Artists & Fleas fair is spotlighting local businesses who make preservation their job, from Health-ade Kombucha to Kyle’s Kimchi.

Sunday: Rangoon NoodleLab is a pop-up noodle restaurant serving Burmese noodle dishes, and they’re returning to Humboldt & Jackson.

Monday: Head to Manhattan for the traditional French dessert Galette du Rois (also known as a “king cake”) at Benoit.
