Monday: It’s Sweet September, which means an amazing lineup of restaurants and bakeries are offering up special desserts that will benefit Citymeals-on-Wheels. La Newyorkina, Little Cupcake Bakeshop and DBGB are among those taking part.

Tuesday: Cult Parisian natural wine bar Le Verre Volé is popping up at The Four Horsemen in Williamsburg. The dinner will be seafood-focused.

Wednesday: Martin Cate of San Francisco’s Smuggler’s Cove is coming to the 92Y for a talk and tasting on the art of tiki.

Thursday: And on Thursday at the 92Y, Julia Turshen—author of one of our favorite new cookbookswill be talking to Smitten Kitchen’s Deb Perelman about eating, writing and more.

Friday: Celebrate the Harvest Moon with a special Moon Meal at Archestratus.

Saturday: Want to start making sushi? Here’s your shot: Brooklyn Brainery is offering an Introduction to Sushi Making class.

Sunday: Head up to the New York Botanical Garden for Blues, Brews and Botany, where you’ll learn about the connections between beer and the garden.

Coming Soon: We have a German Feast panel coming up at Brooklyn Brewery on October 5, and get a taste of a wide range of global cuisines at Edible Escape on October 20. Another Edible event to keep an eye on is this mini progressive dinner we’re planning in Williamsburg with Lenz Winery for October 13.
