Edible Brooklyn photo editor Vicky Wasik teamed up with a group of friends to make a cookbook filled with recipes from the small businesses that make up Red Hook’s unique neighborhood. “A lot of beloved restaurants, bars, and businesses are still closed due to damage done by Hurricane Sandy, and we wanted to help out,” she writes. The e-book, available for download at All Hands on Deck, is $15 and features several of Wasik’s gorgeous photos. All proceeds are going directly to ReStore Red Hook.
