Taste Talks is a national series of festivals celebrating the future of taste through symposia, awards, tastings, dinners and parties. We are thrilled to be returning to Brooklyn this fall to bring together amazing chefs, restaurants and cultural figures together with everyday food enthusiasts to engage in great conversation, awesome food and a one-of-a-kind experiences over 3 days.

Discover what’s next in food and culture with food-driven panels, presentations, demos and tastings with chefs, authors, journalists, and makers. Panels include Keeping Up Appearances: A knowledgeable class on preparing raw fish and sashimi with the team behind Osakana; Japanese Home Cooking: a Miso + Shiso Demo with Bessou; and Kellogg’s Cereal Bar Throwdown with Chef Angie Mar of The Beatrice Inn, Chef Floyd Cardoz of Paowalla, and Chef Dale Talde of Atlantic Social – they’ll compete live to create the best cereal creations using secret ingredients!
