Few methods of cooking inspire comfort quite like braising, designed to draw out maximum flavor and tenderness from the ingredients at hand. In this workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of the “low and slow” technique, acquiring skills in braising chicken, beef and pork as well as learning the building blocks for the perfect soup to sustain you through the Winter months ahead.
