Join us as we celebrate the launch of a new cookbook – The Saffron Tales: Recipes From the Persian Kitchen — with an evening of conversation and Persian food.
Armed with little more than a notebook and a bottle of pomegranate molasses, British-Iranian cook Yasmin Khan traversed Iran in search of good eats. Her quest took her from the snowy mountains of Tabriz and the paddyfields of Gilan to the cosmopolitan cafés of Tehran and the pomegranate orchards of Isfahan, where she was welcomed into the homes of artists, farmers, electricians and teachers giving her a unique insight into the culinary secrets of the Persian kitchen.

Yasmin will be in conversation with Lisa Gross, CEO of The League of Kitchens. Their discussion will be followed by a Q&A and food demonstration with tasty Persian food samples
