Moderated by Olivia Blanchflower, Director of Wholesale and Distribution for GrowNYC, our powerhouse panel will include Beth Forster, Farm Sourcing Director at Blue Apron, Lena Diaz, head Butcher at Greene Grape Provisions, and acclaimed chef and owner of The Cleaver Co., Mary Cleaver.
