Learn to slice, dice, mince with confidence in this EXTREMELY hands-on (and hopefully fingers on) intensive training. Cooks of all levels will benefit from this fundamental course. Students will get comfortable working with a chef’s knife, master the art of mise en place, and learn how to work safely and efficiently in the kitchen. This includes two drinks AFTER you are done with the knives, and a light meal made with the veggies you’ve cut!
