Dum Aloo w/ Kashmiri Pulav
(A typical Kashmiri delicacy- baby potatoes cooked in creamy tomato sauce, with notes of mild fragrant spices. Often paired w/ pulav/rice cooked with ghee, saffron, nuts and dried fruit)
Dal Tadka w/ Jeera Rice
(A traditional dish of the North-yellow split lentils cooked & tempered with ghee & dry spices served with Basmati rice)
Rose Cardamom Petite topped w/ Gulab Jumun
