Join us for a unique culinary experience — and what The New Yorker calls “the most thrilling way to eat at Emma’s Torch” — as we celebrate our 4th cohort of graduates!
No two graduation dinners are the same.
Each cohort of Emma’s Torch students designs a multi-course menu from scratch that is inspired by their home countries, with dishes they can proudly and confidently call their own. This night will feature influences from Haiti and the Central African Republic.
Our students will be joined by Ryan Hardy (of Charlie Bird, Pasquale Jones, and Legacy Records) who will guide them in assembling the night’s exclusive menu.
