From our organizers:
It’s almost time to pig out this Fourth of July at Brooklyn Cider House’s Pig Roast! Slow-cooked in a Caja China-style roasting box, a whole suckling pig will be ready to enjoy 2-5pm, but the bar will be open from noon till midnight for a full day of celebrating Independence Day! In addition to the suckling pig, there will be more food, music, games, and, of course, lots of cider. The large newly debuted deck is the perfect spot to spend the day outdoors without leaving the city. And even better news for dog owners who won’t have to leave their furry friends at home to face the fearsome fireworks alone – dogs are welcome on the deck! The new bar menu and regular prix-fixe dinner with cider catching from the barrel will also be available.
