About this Event
We’ve always seen cooking for oneself as the most basic form of self care – but beyond the benefits to our bodies, we often overlook the benefits to our souls. In this cooking class with a workshop to follow led by registered dietician Sydney Greene, you’ll be guided through creating a menu that is designed to leave you feeling both physically and spiritually satisfied – from identifying mood boosting ingredients to identifying ways of honing in on what foods makes YOU feel good, you’ll leave with an arsenal of skills to help you nourish your body and soul for the year to come.
Sydney Greene is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist focusing on integrative, customized nutrition counseling and coaching for individuals looking to find food freedom. Specializing in nutrition counseling for addiction recovery, mood stability & gut disorders, Sydney brings a mindfulness based, whole foods approach to her work with clients.
