Edible Schoolyard NYC Summer Benefit

Summer is officially here! To celebrate, our friends from Hartwood Tulum are joining us on Monday 6/25 to cook an outdoor live-fire feast with all proceeds to benefit Edible Schoolyard NYC. Expect a whole porchetta cooked slowly over the grill, tomahawk steaks, lobster, and vegetal dishes infused with flavors of the Yucatán. With tunes from Chances with Wolves and a complimentary La Luna cocktail on arrival, Monday might not be so bad.

This unique dinner will combine the talents of Reynard’s Andrew Tarlow, Chef Christina Lecki and Tulum, Mexico-based Chef Eric Werner of Hartwood. Chef Lecki cooks with a wood oven and hearth to deliver simple, rustic fare, and Chef Werner seeks guidance from the local Mayan community to better understand how to cook with the abundant harvest from the land and sea. Join us for the first-ever pairing of these two grilling enthusiasts to eat, drink, find joy, and support a good cause.
