Join us for a four-course Sicilian dinner where every recipe holds a piece of history, a family tradition, a distinct place, and a memory of the people.

Us is a culinary-lifestyle brand born in Sicily and based both in New York and Sicily whose mission is to preserve and share culinary traditions and lifestyles through recipes passed down from generations. They pursue this mission with visionary Sicilian chefs like Bartolomeo Arrabito. Bart (to his friends), was first taught how to cook by his Nonna Tina. He was then honored to study at one of the most prestigious pastry schools in the world with Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi. Even though he has worked with some of the most important Italian chefs, Nonna Tina’s recipes are still his favourite.

Nearly all of the ingredients will be sourced directly from Sicily.


SICILIAN FARMER’s BREAK, or cherry sun-dried tomatoes, farmer’s olives, nonna’s artichokes, capuliato patè on toasted italian bread, focaccia Ragusana, cacio cavallo cheese all’argintera and traditional caponata

PASTA CON le SARDE a MARE, or Sicilian Ancient Grains Pasta with wild fennel pesto and anchovies (from the Peasant’s Kitchen)

RAVIOLI di RICOTTA e SUGO DELLA DOMENICA, or hand-made Ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and traditional pork sauce (from the Aristocrat’s kitchen)

CRESPELLE di RISO al MIELE, or a traditional baroque Sicilian dessert of rice and honey, Bronte DOP Pistachios, and glass of Bean-to-bar Modica chocolate
