Tater Tots with Ossetra Caviar + Gold Billionaire’s Bacon
These are not the tater tots of our youth. Chef Cedric Tovar of Lotte New York Palace Hotel is bringing a dose of nostalgia with a luxe twist by dishing up tater tots with caviar and a pork belly turned into a spicy bacon topped with gold flakes in the VIP area.

Queens food stand, Moffle Bar is dishing up three kinds of mochi stuffed waffles: a Unicorn flavor with condensed milk and fruity pebbles, a Dark Unicorn flavor with chocolate sauce and cocoa pebbles and a Rosé Hibiscus with rosé sabayon and hibiscus crystals.

Sujan Sarkar of Baar Baar is elevating traditional stadium food with his take on the classic hot dog: a surf and turf prawn sausage hotdog.
Chef Wenford Simpson’s (Walkerswood Caribbean Foods) sliders are a summer party for your mouth. He takes slow-cooked jerk chicken pulls it apart and mixes it with pickled red cabbage and curry mango salad for open-faced sliders.
There’s really nothing Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and Citi’s Taste of Tennis headliner, could put in front of us that we wouldn’t want to eat but we’re particularly excited to try his take on duck tacos. Not into Taco Thursday? He’ll also be dishing up a variety of sushi offerings.
Shaved Ice + Ice Cream Sandwiches
Name a dish more refreshing than Japanese shaved ice on a hot day. We’ll wait. Eddie Zheng of The Little One (known for its Japanese teas and desserts) will serve various types of Japanese shaved ice as well as ice cream sandwiches made with rice wafers.
Chocolate Hazelnut Bar
That’s right. Doug Hernandez of Oceana Restaurant is creating the must-have treat for chocolate lovers: white chocolate cremeux, chocolate meringue, candied hazelnuts, candied cocoa nibs and Nutella powder. Bet you can’t eat just one.
