Monday: In case you haven’t heard, it’s Halloween! Celebrate with your kids by taking them to Trick or Treat at the Plaza through 5 p.m.

Tuesday: Learn about the history of bees in advertising and taste a wide variety of honeys at this event by the New York City Beekeepers’ Association.

Wednesday: What’s new and hot in restaurants? Find out at the 92nd Street Y, where Dana Cowin of Chefs Club, Jessi Singh of Babu Ji and Will Elliott of Maison Premiere will be on a panel discussing innovations.

Thursday: If you’re into contemporary botanical art, you must check out the 19th Annual Botanical Art Exhibition from the New York Horticultural Society and the American Society of Botanical Artists at the New York Design Center.

Friday: Everyone’s favorite kitchen shop, The Brooklyn Kitchen, will be celebrating their 10th birthday all weekend long. Welcome them into double digits with an amazing lineup of events, workshops and contests.

Saturday: Get to know the traditional foods of Day of the Dead with Ivy Stark, chef at Dos Caminos.

Sunday: All natural wine lovers should check out the weekend’s RAW WINE event, where the best in natural, organic, and biodynamic producers will be gathered.

Coming Soon: Join us in Hyde park at the Culinary Institute of America for The Edible Bar Symposium on how bartenders are shaping the culinary landscape. There will be a six-course cocktail-pairing dinner and a discussion.
