The Good Batch is a modern American sweets bakery located in Clinton Hill. Until this past September, The Good Batch had been a wholesale operation based out of Sunset Park and a popular vendor at Smorgasburg and the Brooklyn Flea; but in September 2014, husband-and-wife Anna Gordon and Steve Hartong opened heir first storefront. Their mission? “Bake pure, not overly sweet, delicious food.” Their motto? Make the best use of seasonal ingredients.
