Bien Cuit

Bien Cuit, meaning “well cooked” in French, turns out dark, crusty loaves of bread from their Smith Street storefront. The bread is baked three times daily and uses a traditional slow-fermentation technique. Pastries and rustic sandwiches take advantage of local ingredients and are reminiscent of the best Parisian boulangeries. –-Michelle Kiefer
