Join us for an exploration of modern Israeli cuisine, through the lens of chef Michael Solomonov and his James Beard Award-winning book Zahav. Working with seasonal produce, our chef instructor will guide the class through a variety of dishes that touch on the flavors of techniques of Israeli cooking — not least of all the silky and decadent hummus for which Solomonov is known.
