With its myriad blend of vibrant spices, Indian food is not only one of the world’s most flavorful cuisines but is also renowned for its health benefits. As we launch into Spring, we’re celebrating the new season’s freshest produce with an entirely vegan meal, guided by extraordinary Rinku Bhattacharya. We’ll cook together, learn together and feast together on delicious and anti-inflammatory dishes such as the below:

Tofu and Green Pea Pilaf—Coconut Rice with Tofu and Green Peas

Saag Alu—Spinach with Potatoes

Channa Masala—Chickpeas in a tomato based Curry

Phirni—Rice Pudding with Almond Milk and Mango Puree
