“The world of wine is wide and varied, and in this class we’ll explore the grape’s path from the vineyard to your glass.
As we (virtually) walk through the steps of making wine, from the crush to primary fermentation, aging and bottling, we’ll simultaneously focus on how different grapes, conditions, and choices you make along the way will affect your finished product. We’ll also sample a few types of Village Winery Club wines to help illustrate these differences and train your palate.
This class is geared toward anyone who is interested in learning to make their own wine (specifically in an urban context) or wine generally. 21+ of course!”
