From our organizers:
If you missed our spectacular past Crawls in Carroll Gardens and Cobble Hill, here’s your chance to try even more exquisite fare in these neighborhoods south of Atlantic, all the way to 3rd Avenue.
Once again, we’re promoting the local, fresh and colorful eateries and businesses in Brooklyn. First, we host our premeire Tastes of Gowanus – tying the event to Earth Day due to the heroic efforts to clean up the Gowanus Canal and the oceans! Gardeners can even try composting with our Hip2B healthy kids! We’re featuring the adventurous food entrepreneurs from Bond Street east. Map coming soon!
Then, on the first Saturday of May, we host our 6th Carroll Gardens-Cobble Hill Crawl – featuring eateries from Atlantic Avenue south…. highlighting both the longtime establishments which have made Carroll Gardens and Cobble Hill so distinctive AND our new entrepreneurs. Food enthusiasts both near and far can stroll through our streets, enjoying neighborhood delicacies and artistry. Enjoy top cuisine from our Italian businesses and other immigrants dating back centuries and check out new, creative chefs along Court, Smith and Henry Streets.
We thank all of our Tastes of Brookyn participants plus those who join us now! Updates on everyone who’s in coming soon to tastesofbrooklyn.com
And we’re thrilled to bring back music and fun to Carroll Park!
Four tastes $20, 11 tastes $50
