Rucola has been one of our absolute favorite neighbourhood restaurants for over a decade (also the Italian joint of choice among the city’s best chefs too). Therefore we couldn’t be more excited to have Patrick Miller, owner and chef of Rucola, joining us to demonstrate how he creates such regional classics as pappardelle with ragu and farfalle with cream sauce.
