“Everything you see I owe to pasta” – Sophia Loren
In Italy, food = love and few other foods are more Italian (or more beloved) than pasta. In this class, guided by Chef Brandon Bryd, students will gain hands-on experience in creating Italian classics like potato gnocchi, cacio e pepe and agnolotti, all from scratch. From ravioli to ramen, Chef Bryd has worked with almost every variety of one of our favorite carbohydrates, having honed his skills in the hallowed kitchens of Momofuku and Aliseo.
