We have teamed up again with Chef Mercedes Golip for a Venezuelan-inspired seasonal dinner menu. My kitchen, Farm to Table, is a contemporary take on Venezuelan food; a new way to recreate homemade classic dishes according to a new time and place; using locally sourced ingredients, influenced by techniques and flavors with new roots.
Mercedes will be offering a welcome cocktail followed by a seven-course meal accompanied with wine. Expect a communal table setup, in a relaxed atmosphere plus delicious and creative food.
