Indian cuisine is known as one of the world’s most flavorful and vibrant and has experienced a mass resurgence in recent years, with chefs traveling throughout the region to explore the traditions of the country’s finest foods. Join us for a modern Indian feast, guided by extraordinary Rinku Bhattacharya. We’ll cook together, learn together and nosh together on beautiful takes on classics such as the below:

Mixed Vegetable Fritters (Pakoras) with Coriander Chutney

Basmati Rice Pilaf – Fragrant Basmati Rice with Cloves, Cardamom and Bay Leaves

Yellow Lentils – Moong Lentils tempered with cumin and ginger

Butter Chicken – Chicken in a Creamy Tomato Fenugreek Sauce

Semolina Halwa – Semolina Pudding with Rasins, Pistachios and Almonds
