Yogurt + Cheese, two beautiful probiotic powerhouses and fundamental parts of numerous ancient cuisines and cultures, are now welcome staples of our Western daily diet. Hot or cold, sweet or savory, and from breakfast through dinner, these dairy delights have limitless applications and flavor enriching properties.
Join us as Chef Tom Coughlan , who has been producing his own yogurt culture for the past six years, guides us through the ins and outs of how to recreate these versatile and delicious ingredients at home. Students will then get to compare their DIY creations against the store bought variety, highlighting how much more delicious the homemade version is!
