Join Brownsville community gardeners and farmers Brenda Thompson-Duchene and Jeanette Carter in a discussion about how to incorporate more fresh, flavorful herbs from the garden into your cooking to help season meats and other favorite dishes!
This hands-on workshop will cover garden favorites such as oregano, rosemary, cilantro, thyme, basil, sage, and parsley. In addition, a short presentation on DIY herbal tea bag-making will also be provided. Each workshop participant will receive a DIY herbal tea bag to take home.
