According to the organizers:

The legendary dim sum hot spot, Nom Wah Tea Parlor, has been blessing NYC with their perfect dumplings since 1920.  And they will be taking over the Humboldt & Jackson kitchen for 1 night only!

Seriously, do not miss this.  These guys do not venture off of Doyers Street too often.

‘Chokes and ‘Sprouts: fried sunchokes and brussels sprouts with ginger scallion aioli and horseradish, $9

Fiery Dank Shank: noodles with soy braised beef shank, pickled bitter melon, Chinese broccoli and chilli oil, $12

Oh Em Gee, Ducky Congee: roast duck congee with Chinese donuts (youtiao), salted radish, cured duck yolk, fried shallots and scallions, $12

DESSERT

Fried sesame balls, filled with sweetened red bean paste, $3.50
