Like clothes, most people tend to have a bit of a uniform they gravitate towards. Things are mixed up here and there based on moods, seasons, and special occasions but for the most part, there is a look we find that makes us feel our best. This is similar to what and how we eat. When we really think about how we want to eat at home, most people don’t want restaurant-type meals every night. We want comfort, connection, simplicity; we want to influence our food in way that it makes sense for us. We want it to speak to us, work for us and to align with our values. In this workshop, led by Cook Space founder, Michelle Mannix, we’ll help you definite what works best for you.
