Join two-time Saveur award winner Robyn Eckhardt in celebrating the release of her first book, Istanbul & Beyond: Exploring the Diverse Cuisines of Turkey, which documents regional cuisines and life in the villages, cities, farms, and high pastures of the lesser-known provinces throughout Turkey.
Robyn has stumbled upon these recipes over the past twenty years and traveled over 13,000 miles along the backroads of Turkey. Istanbul & Beyond is her and her travel photographer husband David Hagerman’s snapshot of Turkey’s glorious culinary abundance.
Robyn’s talk will be followed by an informal reception featuring Turkish bites, Brooklyn Brewery beer, and a book signing.
