Industry City Chef’s Lab featuring Chef Winston Chiu

A first-of-its-kind chefs series, elevating the talent and tastes of Brooklyn … all with a distinctive spin. First up is Brooklyn-native chef Winston Chiu of Bonbite. Additionally, he is an advisory board member of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Steam Development Center and a part owner of Little Tong Noodle Shop. With a special interest in creating meals and experiences that evoke community, philanthropy, sustainability and innovation—this is an evening not to be missed!
Join us this Saturday as Winston does an inspired take on Chinese “pub fare,” created with locally sourced ingredients (some directly from Industry City itself!).  Starting at 5pm, ticket holders will also be treated to a pre-dinner cocktail hour in Industry City’s seasonal hygge haus. After dinner, ticket holders are invited to receive a complimentary tea leaf reading by celebrated psychic, Kim Allen.
