¡Olé! Join us as we explore the cuisine of Spain! Socarrat Paella Bar and Despaña will be answering your questions and demonstrating how to prepare the following dishes. Small samples will also be served.

    • Seafood paella: Originates from the Valencia region of Spain
    • Torrija: A classic dessert that is similar to French toast; originates from Madrid, the capital of Spain
    • Jamón serrano: A dry-cured ham

Plus, you’ll learn a thing or two about wines from the Rioja region of Spain.
