During this special class on Japanese techniques, we will cover the processes of cleaning, gutting, and preparing fish for sashimi and cooked preparations. Every class will feature a different fish, and highlight various techniques as based on the flavor of the fish. All classes will conclude with a sashimi plate, rice, soup, cooked fish and vegetables. This class is NOT hands-on, but will feature points in which guests may help in preparations. All of our classes are BYOB.
