Greenpoint libations expert Orr Shtuhl teaches beverage classes at Murray’s Cheese and the Bedford Cheese Shop, and gives drinks tours as The Bestest. He once wrote a (very good)cocktail book that was featured in The New York Times, and has been published in the Washington City Paper, Serious Eats, and NPR. He has opinions about yeast.
