According to the organizers:
”The first installment of our 2016 Brooklyn Brewery Dinner Party series brings you to Dinner Party No. 10: MOFAD on Thursday, April 28. The Museum of Food & Drink (MOFAD) is a groundbreaking museum and design studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn that encourages visitors to break down and explore the complex sensory web at play with everything we eat and drink. Chef and Head of Culinary Programming Andrew Gerson has prepared an exceptional meal inspired by the interactive space, and we’ve brought along some highly intriguing beers from our Ghost Bottle experimental program to keep things interesting.
Join us at 7 PM for unfettered access to MOFAD’s celebrated Flavor exhibit. As you explore, stop by our Improved Old Fashioned sensory bar or crunch into our kimchi and IPA station. Snag umami bombs and oysters as you wander, before joining us at the table for a three-course meal that will engage all of your senses.
Your $70 ticket is all-inclusive. Get your tickets now.
