“This year’s Dia de los Muertos celebration at FONDA features a special Guest Chef appearance by Roberto Solis, renowned for his restaurant Néctar Food & Wine in Mérida, Yucatan.
Chef Solis will be serving 6 courses of his New Yucatan Cuisine on Nov 3rd at 7:30pm at FONDA Park Slope (434 7th Ave/718-369-3144). Cost is $75++ per person with cocktail & wine pairings.
Yucatan’s importance as a Mexican culinary center has risen in recent years, in part due to Chef Solis and the modern techniques he applies to Yucatan’s unique flavors and ingredients. He’s an intense Chef and FONDA is thrilled to have him.”
