For this menu, we’re going on a culinary journey to Greece, known for its abundance of fresh produce, liberal use of herbs, and a long tradition of cooking with lamb. The recipes celebrate the best ingredients of Mediterranean summer via preparations that are show-stopping, but not complicated. Peak-season tomatoes, briny olives and feta, and bright citrus flavor evoke a lazy afternoon of dining al fresco in Santorini. We’re so excited to share this delicious menu we’ve cooked up!
