Based on a strict resolution or not, “New Year, New You” is a mantra we can certainly subscribe to. After a season of rich holiday foods, abundant alcoholic beverages and stressful cross-country travel, a crash course in the foods that help curb cravings, improve gut health, and increase energy is something everyone can benefit from.
This class primarily covers foods that are
– sugar free
– gluten free
– dairy free
The menu features bountiful, nutrient-dense, high protein, and fat-friendly recipes. While not all recipes are approved by each individual diet’s guidelines, participants will leave with practical, helpful ways to incorporate healthier dishes into their everyday routines.
