It is quite amazing that an established professional program in central Brooklyn was omitted. The Center for Kosher Culinary Arts (CKCA)  in Flatbush has been training culinary and baking professionals since 2007 and recreational classes are  offered by CKCA and before that by Happy Home Housewares since 1994.
The Pro programs, which draw students internationally, in fact have graduates working in top tier establishments in NY and beyond and many grads have gone on to open their own businesses. We are open to ALL – kosher-keeping or not- and promise a wonderful and delicious learning experience. www.KosherCulinaryArts.com
