According to the organizers:
Restaurant and natural wine bar The Four Horsemen has engineered a solution for late night cravings. The Williamsburg favorite is now serving Late Nite Yakitori on Fridays and Saturdays 11pm-1am to end the night right.
Chef Nick Curtola came up with the idea to bring yakitori to The Four Horsemen when he was offered Sasso chickens by a new producer. Nick was so struck by the quality of the chickens, he decided to create a menu that centered around them and utilized the entire bird. Yakitori is the perfect late night snack, and pairs particularly well with The Four Horsemen’s natural wine offerings.
The menu includes an array of tasty chicken skewers: liver, heart, tsukune, thighs + scallion and wing, all served with yuzu mayonnaise. Each is under 5 dollars, so you can grab a couple and have a hearty snack.
